Possibly related? history-forum-t354.html

I noticed in the unofficial redmarx hip-hop thread that I couldn't edit or delete posts, and by chance I stumbled upon the above linked thread -- although unlike the situation S.Arty described, the mod control panel is actually accessible (which means I can merge and split topics, etc.); the problem here is deleting and editing posts using either the standard in-line tools in the mod arsenal (such as warning posters and viewing post information, which are now the only available options), or using the mod CP. I am also unable to delete topics from the mod CP. As far as I can tell, this problem only extends to the Site management*, Music, Current Events, and Occupy Wall Street forums/subforums.

*for some reason the Suggestions sub-forum remains unaffected

I think it's just you, I have access to all of that, let me go browse the ACP and see if it's some moderator thingy.

Yea, you weren't given permissions to moderate those places, I don't see any reason why specifically, so I'll assume it's oversight until someone explains otherwise.

I thought this as well to begin with, but then it completely escaped me why I wasn't given permissions to moderate the least active forums... so I'll just assume it was oversight as well.

Anyway, thanks for restoring/granting me those permissions.
