In the gatefold sleeve for Black Sabbath's 'Heaven and Hell', there is an image of the four band members, with their names attached to their respective persons. Ordinarily, this would not be particularly interesting, however if we took a look at the figure labelled 'Bill Ward'...
...we see that it is the spitting image of none other than the young Karl Marx!
I think the only rational conclusion we can draw from this information, is that Marx was granted eternal life by Satan (Hail to his infernal majesty) to turn people from God by any means necessary. In accordance with this, the man we currently know as 'Bill Ward', and the drummer for the first nine Sabbath albums, is in fact the nearly two hundred year old Karl Marx. We can further conclude that the real reason that 'Bill' isn't appearing onstage with Sabbath is that he's finally got close to completing the entire Critique of Political Economy (Given Marx's usual habits with regards promptness, it would appear that things are going more rapidly than expected), and is soon to reveal himself again in his true form as our Godless communist overlord.
